SARYA 601 – This dough rolling machine can easily roll out Arabic / Syrian lavash and döner lavash types. In terms of rolling ability, it can roll out round and oval dough without any wastage. It can only roll out one piece of dough at a time and shape it into the desired shape. Since it has a 40 cm final cylinder, it can roll dough up to 35 cm with a maximum roundness rate of 80%. It also has the ability to roll out oval dough in the range of 30-65 cm. Rolling procedures vary depending on the weight of the dough. The machine can roll out dough up to a maximum of 1 mm.
