SARYA 603 – This dough rolling machine can easily roll out Arabic / Syrian lavash and döner lavash types. In terms of rolling ability, it can roll out round and oval dough without any wastage. It can only roll out 3 dough balls at a time and shape them into the desired shape. Since it has a 90 cm final cylinder, it can roll out round dough up to 35 cm with a maximum roundness rate of 80% per ball. It also has the ability to roll out oval dough in the range of 30-65 cm per ball. Rolling procedures vary depending on the weight of the dough. The machine can roll out dough up to a maximum of 1 mm.
